They are compact, lightweight and designed to fit on just about any small boat or inflatable. The new DF2.5 weighs just a hair over 30 pounds, making it a breeze to handle on board or on shore. They might be small, but they’re the biggest and best outboards in their class. Digital capacitor discharge ignition and compression reduction give you easy-pull starting. Large 138 cc displacement provides plenty of push when you hit the throttle. And since they’re 4-strokes, fuel economy is great and you don’t have to mix gas and oil.

Easy on fuel and the environment
All four of our small outboards will get you 50% farther on a tank of gas than a comparable 2-stroke. They also meet 2006 EPA exhaust emissions standards and have earned a 3-star rating for Ultra Low Emissions by the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
